How to Download Your Files

This page is a guide for customers who want to download their files for new purchases in 2025 and past purchases (2022 - 2024). To make it easier to understand, we have divided it into two sections.

2022 - 2024 orders

To find your download file link, you need to search your email.

1. Search for "dekgrafis download" in your email, and you'll find the email with the subject: "Your downloads are ready".
   
   
2. Open the email, look for the mockup name, and you will see the download link. For example: https://dekgrafis.com/a/downloads/.....
   
   
3. If the link has expired, feel free to contact us at info@dekgrafis.com. We will send you a new active link.

2025 orders

We have released a new customer download page (login required). It's now easier to find all your order history and download links in one place, which we call Your Dashboard.

*Although it displays your entire order history, the download button is only available for paid files and mockups released since 2025, which can be directly accessed from this page. Freebie files can be searched using the same steps via email as the 2022-2024 orders.

1. Login via header or find "Your Dashboard (login)" in the footer of dekgrafis.com (scroll to bottom).
   
   
2. You will be directed to a new page that asks you to enter your email. Then, you'll receive a 6-digit login code from Shopify.
   
   
3. After a successful login, you will be on Your Dashboard. From here, you can search all your order history and download directly from this page for the paid mockups released in 2025.
   
   
4.  In case, you facing "order not found" don't panic, you just need to login. Sometimes it happen if customer click access download from email.
